All items are made to order and produced especially for you, which means I don’t keep any stock. Please make sure to review sizes and product details carefully before placing your order.
Returns (EU & Norway)
If your order is delivered within the European Union or Norway, you have the right to return your item within 14 days from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the returned item reaches me safely. I recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I unfortunately cannot guarantee responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once I have received and inspected your return, I will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact me as soon as possible so I can resolve the issue for you. info@sandrafransson.se
Exceptions (non-returnable items)
Made-to-order items are generally eligible for returns in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
However, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty. This includes items featuring the customer’s logo, custom text, unique designs, or any other modifications made specifically according to the customer’s request. This also applies to original artwork and commissioned work.

Exchanges
I do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Unclaimed packages
If a package is not collected, I reserve the right to charge a fee to cover shipping and handling costs:
- 150 SEK within Sweden
- 300 SEK within the EU and Norway
- 500 SEK for the rest of the world
