Hi there,

I'm Sandra a Swedish artist and illustrator (b.1987) based in Stockholm. I was born in Lulea, a small town in the northern parts of Sweden close to the Arctic Circle. I studied art, graphics and business marketing in Stockholm after living many years as a ski instructor in different parts of the world.

Through my art I try to capture those small moments in time where nature provides us with what nature really is. Like small windows in time, so that we may bring nature inside and the outside in.
I have exhibited my work in Colorado, Sweden and in France. I have been featured in several outdoor and ski magazines, for example in Japan, US, England and Sweden. My paintings and posters can be found at companies and art collectors in various parts of the world. In 2014 I designed a pair of limited edition skis for Salomon Group (Salomon). I also founded the non-profit organization Safe Passions (www.safepassions.se) that is focused on the safety in the mountains for young skiers. My love for the mountains is a recurring component in my art. 

 

 

General Questions

Where are you based?

I am based in Stockholm, Sweden. My art prints are fulfilled by a fine art printer and framer in Gothenburg, Sweden. All other products (baby bodysuits, t-shirts, tote bags) are fulfilled in Sweden or within the EU.

Do I have to pay customs fees to Norway?

There are no customs fees on my art prints and frames. However, other products may be subject to customs charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

I offer secure payment options, including:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Klarna (available for Swedish and select European customers)

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

  • All products are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for your peace of mind.
  • Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with details and photos of the damage, and I will arrange a replacement for you at: info@sandrafransson.se

Art Prints & Frames

What type of paper do you use for your prints?

  • Each artwork is printed on demand on exclusive Hahnemühle Studio Enhanced 210 gsm premium paper.
  • I use only the highest quality paper to ensure longevity. The paper is of top archival quality, meaning the colors remain vibrant, and the paper won’t yellow over time.
  • All prints are made on FSC-certified paper for responsible forestry and carry the EU Ecolabel.

Do you offer frames?

Yes! I offer high-quality FSC-certified wooden frames in Black, White, Oak, and Dark Oak. If you choose a framed print, it will arrive pre-framed and ready to hang, with a built-in system for both portrait and landscape display.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Custom sizes are generally not available, except for 140 cm x 100 cm, which may be possible upon request.

How is the art print packaged?

  • If you order an art print without a frame, it will be shipped in a sturdy tube.
  • If you order an art print with a frame, it will arrive ready to hang in a secure cardboard box.

Clothing & Accessories

What materials are your clothing items made of?
All my clothing items are made from 100% cotton for a soft and comfortable feel.

How should I wash and care for my clothing?

  • Machine wash warm (max 40°C / 105°F)
  • Turn the garment inside out before washing
  • Wash with similar colors

Can I exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit?
I don’t offer direct exchanges, but if your order is shipped within the EU or Norway, you have the right to return your item within 14 days—no questions asked! You can then place a new order in the correct size.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is free on orders over 700 SEK to Sweden, Norway, and the EU.
  • For orders under 700 SEK or shipping to other countries, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

I currently ship to Sweden, Norway, the EU, and the United States. If you live outside these regions, feel free to contact me, and I’ll see if I can accommodate your request.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Art Prints & Frames:
Once your order is placed, the artwork is sent for printing. Production typically takes 2-4 business days. After shipping, estimated delivery times are:

  • Sweden: 2-5 business days
  • Norway: 5-15 business days (typically 4-7 days, but some areas may take longer)
  • EU: 3-10 business days

Other Products:
Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Every order includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package has shipped.

What is your return and exchange policy?

  • If your order is being shipped within the European Union or Norway, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days—no questions asked! Just ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, simply email me at info@sandrafransson.se. Returns should be sent to:
